While each of the four parts are designed to be taken consecutively, each can also stand on it's own as a one-time class. Feel free to decide which classes are best for you, however, to derive the maximum benefit from each teleclass topic, and to get a full understanding with practical application over a four-week period, it is recommended that you take as many of the four parts of a series as possible.

After each seminar, you will recieve a "Selfwork" assignment designed to help you apply that week's topic to your life- immediately. These assignments are crucial if you want to see a real change in yourself by the end of the four week series. You will also recieve motivation and tips for completing the assignment via email.
